Terms and Conditions

1) All work must be original and by the artist

2) Prints on sale must be original – that is involving the “hand of the artist” in their production, unless it is part of the conceptual aspect of the work that they are not i.e. that your work is ideas-based.

3) Artists cannot sublet their space or any part of it to another party without prior permission.

4) Artists cannot display the work or services of another party without prior permission.

5) We require a non-refundable 25% deposit to hold your space. The remaining 75% is to be paid within 14 days thereafter. If you drop out up to 8 weeks before the event we will refund the 75% remainder of your payment. If you drop out after that time we will endeavour to sell the space and refund your 75% payment, but cannot guarantee that.

6) If the event is cancelled we will return your payment in full but cannot be held liable for any additional expenses incurred.

7) You are responsible for your own insurance of your work (theft and damage) and public liability (third party). AN magazine provide good insurance for artists at reasonable cost through their AIR scheme.

8) All work does not need to be for sale.
